Cancellation & No Show Policy
Please read prior to booking.
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect my scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service. I understand things come up and life happens, but this is a customary practice. Please communicate any rescheduling needs with me.
Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service or starting fee for your service.
Any cancellations within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment is non refundable. I recognize everyone’s time is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with me, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
When you schedule your appointment with me, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation including services intended to be paid with another form of payment. Please have your credit card ready when booking. You WILL NOT be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment if you do not wish to use your card on file. By booking your appointment you are confirming your agreement to these policies. Consecutive cancellations will result in paying full price for the booked service in advance.
Package purchases must be used within 6 months of the purchase date or the unused portion will be forfeited.
